Refund policy

How many days to return my item?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and get a store credit.  If 14 days have gone from the stamped date, unfortunately, we can't offer your any exchange or credit.

Not Returnable

Please note: All purchases made with discount codes or purchased at discounted prices (flash sales, clearance, sale area) bodysuits, white clothing are Final Sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Eligibility for return

To be eligible for a return, all items must be , New, Unworn, Unironed, and Unwashed, with NO visible signs of wear such as makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc, and must include their original tag.

Credit

 You will have 30 days of available of CREDIT IN STORE. After the 30 days the credit  will expire. Make sure to pick something out before the 30 days due.

All purchases made with a CREDIT STORE are FINAL. NO EXCHANGE, NO STORE CREDIT or MONEY will be provided from our STORE.


How many times can I exchange my item?

You can be eligible to exchange your item or items ONLY ONCE. Unfortunately you will not be able to exchange twice. Once that first exchange comes through NO CREDIT STORE OR REFUND WILL BE GIVEN A SECOND TIME. Make sure to read the description of the item or items you will purchase. PREORDER POLICIES:

NO cancelation or MONEY exchange once the PREORDER is paid for.


  •  A store credit will be provided once the package is RECEIVED by the client & sent back in a period of 14 days since departure. Therefore the client is RESPONSIBLE to cover any additional shipping COST of the unwanted merchandise.


STORE CREDIT (FOR PREORDERS)

• The merchandise will be verified before providing a store credit.

• Once the merchandise is verified and meet our criteria , A store credit will be provided to the customer.    

• The customer will have 30 days to claim the credit, once the package has been sent.
